Information we collect
We collect account, organization, billing, support, and service usage data needed to provide business email, onboarding, migration, and administrative features.
Mailbox content, attachments, recovery details, DNS configuration inputs, and audit events may be processed when customers use the product.
How we use data
We use data to operate mail services, authenticate users, secure accounts, process payments, support migrations, respond to incidents, and improve reliability.
We do not sell customer data. Access is limited to personnel and subprocessors with a legitimate operational need.
Retention and security
Customer data is retained for as long as the account remains active or as needed to meet contractual, legal, and security obligations.
We use layered access controls, logging, encrypted transport, and administrative safeguards to reduce unauthorized access and misuse.
Customer choices
Customers can request updates or deletion of certain account data, subject to security, backup, billing, and legal requirements.
