Terms of Service

Customers must use the service lawfully and may not abuse the platform to send spam, malware, phishing, or other harmful or unauthorized content.

Customers are responsible for account activity under their organization, including administrator actions and configured integrations.

Customers must maintain accurate account details, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access or compromise.

MoovMail may suspend or restrict access to protect the platform, customers, or third parties from security threats or policy violations.

Paid plans, usage limits, renewals, and applicable taxes are governed by the selected subscription and related invoices or order forms.

We may update features or pricing over time. Material changes will be reflected through in-product notices, updated documentation, or customer communication when appropriate.

MoovMail is a product of Tamba Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

MoovMail uses third-party open source libraries (for example Univer for spreadsheets, Apache POI on the server, and standard web frameworks). A summary of components and license types is published on our open source licenses page. Customers deploying MoovMail commercially should retain required license and NOTICE files as described there.

Either party may stop using or providing the service in line with contractual commitments, security needs, or legal obligations.
